Estratégias para diminuição do tempo de análise em cromatografia líquida moderna

Resumo: Decreasing the analysis time is a permanent task in LC coming from industries, academia and regulatory agencies. Although some classical approaches have been used for this purpose, they occur at the expenses of the separation efficiency. In this work we present four different approaches – some of them being able to be combined – to decrease the analysis time without compromising the quality of the separation process.
