Automatização do tratamento da amostra através da técnica de injeção de partículas

Resumo: O tratamento da amostra é sem dúvida um dos passos mais morosos no processo analítico. A automatização empregando a técnica de injeção de partículas visa a miniaturização desta etapa, com características inovadoras quando comparada com outras técnicas de fluxo, nas quais não ocorre a renovação da coluna de adsorvente. As vantagens e desvantagens desta técnica são discutidas, assim como as estratégias para implementar a utilização de diversos tipos de adsorventes. São também apresentados exemplos de aplicações em amostras reais, com avaliação das características dos sistemas propostos.
