Resumo: Compliance with the service scope in the analysis of residues in various matrices only be done by comparing the result to a value limit. This study aimed to correlate the parameters of the test recovery to fortify control sample with the reference substance with the estimate of overall uncertainty of the analytical procedure for the validation of analytical method, so that the measured results of these increased values do not exceed a criterion of acceptability of the result. The method of analysis of doxycline, in pig tissue by liquid phase chromatography with UV-Vis detector was used as an example.
