Algunos aspectos prácticos para la identificación de analitos por cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas

Resumo: En el presente trabajo se discuten algunos aspectos prácticos de GC-MS, que deben tenerse en cuenta por un analista quien trabaje con mezclas complejas y requiera hacer la identificación de sus componentes in situ. Se analizan estrategias relacionadas con el uso combinado de los parámetros cromatográficos, i.e., índices de retención y espectros de masas, para llevar a cabo la identificación de analitos a los niveles preliminar y confirmatorio.
