Análise de resíduos contaminados com creosoto por cromatografia gasosa bidimensional abrangente (GC×GC). Uma nova ferramenta analítica para amostras ambientais complexas

Resumo: Neste trabalho, efetuou-se a separação e a identificação dos compostos orgânicos voláteis contidos em madeira tratada com creosoto após extração por purga e armadilha à temperatura ambiente. Foi utilizada a técnica de cromatografia gás-líquido bidimensional abrangente (GC×GC), aliada a analisador de massa de tempo de voo (ToF-MS). Demonstrou-se, neste trabalho, a potencialidade da utilização da técnica de GC×GC na separação e deconvolução espectral dos analitos, conduzindo a identificações mais seguras e a tentativas de identificações mais sustentadas de compostos desconhecidos.
