Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir os fundamentos da análise enantiosseletiva de fármacos e metabólitos, empregando a eletroforese capilar como técnica de análise. Aspectos teóricos envolvendo os principais seletores quirais empregados nas análises são apresentados, assim como aplicações em diversas áreas.
